Day 1: Mombasa/Mombasa/Diani – Tsavo East – Taita Hills Saltlick

You will be picked up in the morning from your hotel. Drive to Tsavo East entering the park through Bachuma Gate. Embark on a game drive looking for animals like herds of “Red Elephants”, so called because of the red earth that colors their hides, Giraffes, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Zebra, Impala, Monkey among many others. Check in at Voi Safari Lodge before lunch. . After lunch depart to Taita Hills Sanctuary. An afternoon game viewing en-route to the Lodge Salt Lick Lodge – a lodge with a truly unique architectural concept, with luxurious oval-shaped rooms, overlooking a waterhole which attracts a large number of wildlife, especially the elephants. In the evenings the animals gather at the waterhole-a spectacular site to behold to drink at the watering hole. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Taita Hills Saltlick – Mombasa

Day 2 of your Tsavo East and Saltlick Safari from Mombasa begins with an early morning game drive then return to the Saltlick lodge for breakfast and proceed for a mid-morning game drive in search for Lions, Buffalo, Elephants, Giraffe, Zebra, Antelopes, Monkeys among many other animals. Lunch at Taita Hills Lodge, sister lodge to the Saltlick Lodge. After lunch depart for Mombasa arriving late in the afternoon. You’ll be dropped back to you Mombasa/ Nairobi
